1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "788wim" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at 788wim.net, including all subpages, services, games, and features available therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 788wim platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the 788wim registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by a Player into their 788wim account using any accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive balances credited to a Player's account by 788wim.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount (or Bonus plus Deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 788wim before processing withdrawals or as otherwise triggered by Platform policy.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency supported on the 788wim platform for Pakistani players.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 788wim platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 788wim platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any amendments subsequently made.

These Terms are supplemented by the 788wim Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into this agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 788wim platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 788wim or communicated to 788wim by a third-party responsible gaming programme.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 788wim platform. The registration of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials will be attributed to you regardless of whether you personally authorised that activity. You must notify 788wim support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

• Accounts must be registered using your own name. Accounts registered in a fictitious name or on behalf of another person are prohibited.
• You may not transfer, sell, or assign your 788wim account to any other person under any circumstances.
• 788wim reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account management section of the Platform.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

788wim is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You will be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed and may be required to do so at any other time determined by the Platform.

Acceptable KYC documents for Pakistani players include:

• National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back copy, clearly legible
• Valid Pakistani passport — biographical data page
• Pakistani driving licence (for address verification where required)
• Recent utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months (for proof of address)
• Screenshot or statement from JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account used for deposits (for payment method verification)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by 788wim may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and, in cases of extended non-compliance, closure of the account.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

788wim supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Transaction limits, processing times, and any applicable fees specific to each payment method are displayed on the cashier page of your account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 788wim account in real time or within the timeframe stated for your chosen payment method. 788wim does not charge a deposit fee on its end; however, your bank or mobile money provider may apply charges independently.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account. 788wim aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated per payment method, typically within 5 to 30 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa.

• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 788wim reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.
• Deposits made using a payment method that cannot receive funds will be returned to an alternative verified method at 788wim's discretion.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent deposit attempts will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method as displayed in the cashier section.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

788wim offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum deposit thresholds, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal caps on winnings derived from bonus funds. These specific terms are stated on each individual promotion page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus rules apply across all 788wim promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active on a player's account at a time unless otherwise explicitly stated on a specific promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Real money funds in your balance are not affected by wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.
• 788wim reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting the entitlements of players who have already activated the relevant bonus.

• Players found to be operating in groups to exploit bonus offers will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus funds forfeited.

8 Game Rules & Betting

All casino games on the 788wim platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and RNG table games are available within the individual game information panels.

Live casino games are provided through third-party software partners and are governed by the rules displayed within each live game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, the outcome of the game will be determined by the provider's system logs, which shall be considered final.

For sports betting, including cricket betting covering PSL, international T20Is, and other competitions:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Subsequent odds changes do not affect confirmed bets.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 788wim platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or play games without manual player input.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported and will be forfeited.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using 788wim as a mechanism for depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with 788wim.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to misrepresent your geographic location for the purpose of circumventing Platform restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct directed at 788wim staff or other players via any communication channel.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

788wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed against a 788wim transaction.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or instruction from a competent authority.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11 Responsible Gaming

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 788wim, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, winnings, or anticipated profits resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or third-party service interruptions.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software malfunctions, provided appropriate steps were taken to void the affected round.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking institutions.
• Losses incurred as a result of your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
